MS322 High accuracy pressure transducer is a new pressure transducer jointly developed, researched, and 

produced by us and German HELM Company. 

MS322 High accuracy pressure transducer is designed with Germany made high accuracy force sensitive chip

as a central sensing and measuring element, using such new high technology as temperature automatic 

compensation and normalized circuit commissioning etc. to greatly enhance overall accuracy of the product.

This product is designed with advanced technology, superior performance, reliable quality, and small 

dimension, which may widely be used for such scientific research and production fields as airspace and 

aerospace, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and electric power, building material, hydrographic and 

geographic, medical, protection of environment etc.  It may realize high accuracy measurement of fluid pressure 

and liquid level.

             temperature stability indicator up to 0.1% FS / °C.
